How it works
Per site, per event, per person
You decide for each site which events go where and to whom. A client's channel gets the approvals for their site; your team channel gets everything; the developer on duty gets downtime on the phone.
- Events. Down, up again, finding opened, finding resolved, update waiting, update done, draft ready, draft approved or declined, restore point used.
- Routes. E-mail addresses today; Slack channels and webhook endpoints on the dates on the roadmap. Per site or account-wide.
- Quiet by default. Green sites do not post. You hear about what needs a person.

About integrations
When do Slack and Teams ship?
Slack has a date on the roadmap: coming soon. Teams is being explored and has no date yet. Until then the same alerts reach you by e-mail.roadmap. Until then the same alerts reach you by e-mail, and n8n can already post them to Slack through MCP.
Can my client approve from Slack?
That is the plan: a client user with approval rights only, in their own channel, approving or declining a draft for their site. The approval still goes through WebCrew's queue and log.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Integrations are part of the site price on Free and Standard. Only questions and drafts through the assistant or your AI tools cost tokens.
Is there an API?
The API exists and the MCP server sits on it. Public documentation follows once the surface is stable; webhooks come first.
