Questions we get most

How do I know it will not break a client site?

Every change, whether an update or an assistant draft, is preceded by a restore point and followed by a check. You see both. Anything that alters content or code takes a restore point first, and undo is one click from the log. Where you want to be asked first, you set that rule per site.

What does "24/7 monitoring" cover exactly?

Uptime from two regions, continuously, with the response the site gave. Versions, core-file integrity, administrators and known vulnerabilities checked repeatedly during the day, with the health score recalculated after every check. Certificates and DNS per site.

Do I need to install anything on my hosting?

No. Upload the connector plugin in wp-admin and the site is connected. If your host allows SSH keys, add one for the deeper file-level checks, faster updates and cleanup. Both work side by side.

I do not trust an AI to touch my clients' sites.

Then use it at the level you trust. Reading is always allowed; writing produces a draft you read before it exists on the site. Many agencies start with questions only and switch drafts on later, per site.

Can it remove malware?

It finds the signs: changed core files, unknown administrators, plugins with a known vulnerability. If a site is compromised, we help clean it over the SSH connection, with a restore point before each step. No tool can guarantee a site stays clean, and we do not.

What does it cost for forty sites?

Forty times the per-site price, and nothing per person. For an account opened before 31 December 2026 that is €1.95 per site per month, for life. Tokens for the assistant are on top: 1,000 included every month, then €5 per 1,000. The calculator on the pricing page does the arithmetic.
