What a token is
WebCrew's own unit for what the assistant and your own AI tools do. It is not a model token. The token price of a task covers the model calls, the checks around them and the restore point, and it is shown on the approval before you say go.
The price

What a task costs
A question about your sites: a few tokens. A draft that changes text in two or three places: a few dozen. A large job such as ten landing pages: hundreds. The number is on the approval. Drafts you decline are not charged.
Two limits
A monthly limit on the whole account caps what can be spent in a month. A cap per site stops any single site from using more than you set. When a site reaches its cap, the assistant stops and tells the person who asked; nothing is billed past it. Both are changed in the dashboard.
What never costs tokens
Uptime checks, the security scan, version checks, updates and the dashboard. All of that is in the per-site price.
Reselling, for agencies
Buy tokens on the agency account, set a cap per client site, and price them in your care plan any way you like: bundled, per task or as a monthly allowance. Your client sees your name on the assistant and pays you. WebCrew does not publish a price to your clients and does not contact them. The full explanation is on the tokens page.
