What your client sees

Your logo, your assistant's name and your colours inside wp-admin. When reports and status pages ship, they carry your name too. WebCrew appears in the fine print as the engine, and on the invoice you receive. Your client never receives a WebCrew e-mail.

Setting it up

  1. In the dashboard, open Your brand. Upload a logo (SVG or PNG), choose a name for the assistant and a primary colour.
  2. Choose which sites use it. Most agencies switch it on for every client site and leave their own sites on the default.
  3. Open a client site's wp-admin. The assistant panel shows your name from the next page load.

What stays visible

A "powered by WebCrew" line in the assistant's fine print, and the connector plugin's name in the plugin list. Both are there so a client's developer can find out what is running.

Who uses it today

JKC Media, the agency WebCrew was built inside, runs it as "JKC AI" on its own client sites. White-label on the assistant is included in the site price; client reports and status pages under your name are coming soon.
