These terms apply to webcrew.ai and the pages under it — the public website, not the product. Using the product is governed by the Terms of Service, which prevail over this document for anyone with an account.
The website is published by JKC Software B.V., Philitelaan 57, 5617 AK Eindhoven, the Netherlands, KvK 42082783, VAT NL869627727B01, reachable at legal@webcrew.ai.
1. What this website is
It describes what WebCrew does, what it costs, and how far it has been built. It is marketing and documentation. It is not advice — not legal, data-protection, security or financial advice — and reading it creates no professional relationship between us.
2. No offer, and no contract from a page
2.1 Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Prices, plans, capabilities and availability are an invitation to talk, and an agreement exists only when you create an account under the Terms of Service or both parties sign an order form.
2.2 Where a price is shown, it is exclusive of VAT unless the page says otherwise, and it can change under clause 12.2 of the Terms of Service.
3. Accuracy, and what a roadmap is worth
3.1 We write this site carefully and date what we can. Even so, pages can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and we accept no liability for a decision taken on the basis of a page alone. Ask us and we will confirm in writing.
3.2 Forward-looking statements. Capabilities are labelled live, pilot or roadmap, and roadmap items, timelines, benchmark projections and pilot hypotheses are intentions, not promises. They can change or be dropped, and no purchasing decision should rest on one. Only what the Terms of Service and the SLA commit to is committed to.
3.3 Measured figures. Where the site shows a measurement — uptime, performance, savings — the measurement window and its source are stated with it. A figure without a stated window is an illustration, not a result. Past results do not predict future ones.
3.4 Comparisons. Where we compare WebCrew with another product, the comparison rests on that product's own published information at the date shown on the page. Competitors change their products and their prices; check theirs before deciding. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used to identify their products, not to imply an endorsement or a partnership.
4. Availability
We do not promise the website will be available, complete or free of error at any given moment, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. The product's availability is a separate matter, governed by the SLA and Support Policy.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The content, design, code, illustrations, logos and marks on this website belong to JKC Software B.V. or its licensors. The WebCrew name and logo are subject to a trade-mark application; the trust centre states its current status.
5.2 You may read, print and quote briefly from the site with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts, scrape it systematically, use it to train a machine-learning model, or present it as your own.
5.3 If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to legal@webcrew.ai with enough detail to find it and we will act promptly.
6. Links out
Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave.
7. Your use of this website
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, do not disrupt it, do not scrape it in a way that burdens it, and do not misrepresent yourself when contacting us. Security researchers are welcome — the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy says how to report something safely, and reports made within it are welcomed rather than pursued.
8. Personal data and cookies
The Privacy Notice explains what we do with personal data you give us through this website, and the Cookie Statement explains what is stored on your device.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, including for intent, deliberate recklessness, or death or personal injury.
9.2 Subject to 9.1, our liability arising from the use of this website is excluded to the fullest extent the law permits. Liability arising from the product is governed by clause 11 of the Terms of Service and is not affected by this clause.
10. Law and venue
Dutch law governs these website terms. Disputes go to the competent court of the district of Oost-Brabant, location Eindhoven, without prejudice to mandatory venue rules.

We may change these website terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top.
