Does WebCrew send e-mail through MailPoet?

No. WebCrew reads the site's mail and DNS settings so problems can be diagnosed; sending stays with MailPoet.

Does it check SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

The DNS records per site are shown in the dashboard. Automatic checks of mail authentication are on the roadmap.

Can it change SMTP settings?

When the assistant reaches MailPoet: done for you, with an undo. Credentials are never shown in a draft.

Does it see the e-mail log?

No. Logs stay in MailPoet.

Do I have to install anything besides MailPoet?

One of two things: the WebCrew connector plugin, uploaded in wp-admin like any plugin, or one SSH key for the site's own user. Nothing else changes on the site.

Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT with a site that runs MailPoet?
