ai-native wordpress site management
The AI-native WordPress site management platform
Updates, security, uptime and client requests on every site you look after, handled by a crew that fixes things instead of only telling you. Your own AI can call the same crew.
Free and paid plans. No card. Runs on the 150+ sites of our own agency first.
Drag the handle to compare. Same morning, same sites.
past tense
Mails you stop getting
Three messages from the Friday ritual. Each one is now a line in the activity log instead.
Checkout verified after the update. Nobody had to mail.
"Add to basket" missing in EU and US. Alert sent, fixed, recovered.
Assistant changed the hours on 3 pages. You approved the diff.
the crew
Everything you need to keep sites running
Every capability is a crew member on watch: updates that repair themselves, security fixed, not only reported, uptime that reads the page. The crew grows with every release.
Uptime that reads the pagefrom two regions, the content verified, not just the status code
Uptime and content, from the EU and the US.
Updates with a restore point and a check after.
Repairs a failed update, or rolls it back and holds it.
Vulnerabilities and core integrity, fixed and verified.
PageSpeed and SEO fields, also for your own plugin.
Full backups and restore. In beta on our own sites.
everyday problems
Eleven years of client sites. We met every one of these, and fixed it
An administrator account nobody created.
Every security scan lists new administrators. The one you did not create stands out.
A two-line price change takes three days of tickets.
The assistant drafts it, shows the difference, you approve. Live in minutes.
Your own plugin throws a fatal after an update.
Caught in the check, rolled back, the exact error in your inbox.
The uptime tool says 200. The page is blank.
We read the page every minute. A missing "Add to basket" fails the check.
The site is down and the client tells you.
Checked every minute from two regions. The alert, and the diagnosis, land before the client's email.
Forty sites, one Friday, every plugin wants an update.
One bulk run, canary sites first. Each site checked, the two that failed held for you.
assistant, mcp & api
Use the WebCrew assistant, the MCP, or the API
Ask the assistant in the dashboard, connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through the MCP server, or build your own portal on the API. 108 capabilities and skills for 850+ plugins today, more with every release.
Drafts the change, shows the difference, asks before publishing.
Every capability in the UI is a tool your AI can call. Read 1, change 5 tokens. Destructive actions ask first.
Headless by design. Build your own client portal on top of ours.
Real entry from our own site, 22 Oct: theme 6.3.1 → 6.5.0, update failed, "could not create directory", page still 200. Logged, never hidden.
the library
The biggest library of plugin skills
WebCrew knows what WooCommerce, Elementor, Yoast and ACF do on a site. It checks them after every change and edits them over MCP. 850+ plugins, each with its own page.

founder story
We ran the client sites. Then we built the crew
Since 2015 Justin's agency, JKC Media in Eindhoven, has built and looked after WordPress sites for clients: webshops, campaign sites, school networks. Rik, developer at that agency, carried the Friday ritual with him: updates on forty sites, one of them broken, and a client mail before any monitor noticed. The tools we tried told us what was wrong. None of them fixed it.
So the two of us, with more than 14 years of web development between us, founded JKC Software and built WebCrew for the agency's own fleet first. It went live on app.webcrew.ai on 19 June 2026 and runs on 150+ client sites today. Every capability is a crew member that checks, fixes and leaves proof in the log, and your own AI can call that crew over MCP.

WebCrew is a product of JKC Software B.V., with JKC Media as its first customer. High Tech Campus, Eindhoven, the Netherlands. About us
questions
The questions an agency asks first
Does WebCrew replace my hosting?
No. Your sites stay where they are. WebCrew connects through a small plugin, and optionally over SSH on cPanel, Plesk, Kinsta and most other hosts.
What happens when an update breaks a site?
A restore point is taken first. After the update the page is checked. A failed plugin or theme update is rolled back automatically and held with the reason. Core updates are checked too, but a failed core update is handed to you instead of rolled back on its own.
Are backups included?
Restore points before every change, yes. Full site backups and restore are in beta and run on our own sites first. Keep your host's backup until we call it done.
Can my own AI change things on my sites?
Yes. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and nine more connect over MCP. A read costs one token, a change five. Anything destructive asks for confirmation and lands in the activity log.
Who is behind it and where is my data?
JKC Software B.V. in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, with the agency JKC Media behind it. A data processing agreement is on the site. Questions go to a mailbox a person reads.
What if I stop?
Remove the plugin. Your sites keep running without WebCrew. Nothing on the site depends on us.
